Our mission

PeptideDraw exists to make peptide and GLP-1 dosing accurate and easy to understand. Every calculator uses a transparent formula you can verify by hand, and every dosing reference is tied to a primary source.

How we create content

Transparent math. Our calculators use one open formula: concentration = peptide mg ÷ BAC water mL, and units = (dose ÷ concentration) × 100 for a U-100 syringe. No hidden adjustments.
Primary sources. Dosing charts for approved medicines come from FDA prescribing information (Mounjaro®, Zepbound®, Wegovy®, Ozempic®). Figures for investigational compounds like retatrutide reflect published clinical-trial data (e.g., New England Journal of Medicine).
Clear labeling. We always distinguish FDA-approved medicines from investigational or research compounds, and we never present an unapproved substance as an approved medicine.

How we review & update

Before publishing, each page is checked for accuracy against its primary sources. We re-check content as labeling and the science change, and we show a “last updated” date on our pages. If a guideline or approval status changes, we update the affected pages.

Medical review — and our honest limits

Our content is reviewed by the PeptideDraw editorial team for accuracy against primary sources. We want to be transparent: PeptideDraw is an educational resource, not a medical provider, and our content is not a substitute for your prescriber. We are actively working to add review by a licensed clinician; when we do, that reviewer will be named here and on the pages they review.

Corrections

Accuracy matters to us. If you spot an error, tell us and we’ll review and fix it promptly.
